The bug begins his travel near the 2013 meeting of the North Central Branch of the Entomological Society of America. He would like to reach sites of future entomology meetings but he's happy just to travel.
Since 2002 I 've released Travel Bugs near the site of the annual meeting of the Entomological Society of America, hoping they can travel to the next place the buggy people will be assembling, while seeing a lot of caches and meeting a lot of cachers along the way. This is the first time I've done an EntSoc Bug for a branch meeting but this guy crawled out of a cache I found recently and I decided he was destined to be a travel bug. He joins my other surviving EntSoc Bugs, all journeying toward Minneapolis for the next ESA meeting Nov. 2015. Other future meetings are Orlando FL, September 2016 (this is also an International Congress of Entomology), Denver, Nov.2017, Vancouver, BC Nov. 2018Please take care of him and log him properly. And do post photos of his adventures. Good luck little Bug. I hope I see you in Minnesota or near another ESA meeting.
