Edna's goal is to visit Springfield. Which Springfield you may ask? The options are endless and the choice is yours. Her goal is to travel the country from Springfield to Springfield (United States or International) with the ultimate goal of finally ending up in Springfield Oregon where she taught school for so many years at Springfield Elementary. After you help her visit Springfield please leave me a note and I will update here to include the location and date. Don't forget to document her journey through pictures and stories and keep her safe along the way! Also, if anybody is able to get a photo of her and Matt Groening that would be really cool too!
This trackable is placed in memory of Marcia Wallace who voiced the character of Edna Krabappel on the long running cartoon The Simpsons. Edna passed away on October 25, 2013 at the age of 70 after 24 years as Edna on the hit television show. According to producers of the show they intend to retire her character in light of recent events. Like most retirees Edna is going to do what we all hope to do and travel around and see the world. "HA!"
