This travel bug is attached to a small pouch with a zipper.
In this pouch you will find an east German 10 PFENNIG coin dated 1967.
The previous owners of this coin could never travel outside their own country, hence the Berlin Wall.
Mission: the travel bug and the 10 PFENNIG stay together and travel anywhere in the world at random; also it's encouraged to add foreign coins so that he will not be alone in his travels. The pouche also contains some gold (plastic) coins at the start that you may keep if you replace them with another coin.
Also other travel coins or nano swag can be added to travel along.
What Was the Berlin Wall?
The Berlin Wall was both the physical division between West Berlin and East Germany from 1961 to 1989 and the symbolic boundary between democracy and Communism during the Cold War.
Dates: August 13, 1961 -- November 9, 1989
Also Known As: Berliner Mauer (in German)
please do NOT keep or trade the 10 pfennig coin; any other coin that will be attached is free be to traded or upgraded, but the 10 pfennig wants to finally go over borders and perhaps even to places where it might inspire people like: north korea, iran or even china.
Do take pictures of this coin though; it's an original piece of history.
This travel bug is about freedom, therefore attached with an original coin from the DDR, (GDR in english) it's not valuable (only to collectors) but was owned by people that could not even meet their own family because they were seperated by a concrete wall.
Any perfections along it's travel, like a better pouch or any kind of repair to it are greatly appreciated.
War will always happen but mostly the innocent people amongst which are women and children are the victim on the long run.
Let this be an eye opener to some, and a confirmation of hope to others.

We added a second coin to the 10 pfennig.
An American one dime coin, an equivalent denomination to the 10 pfennig.
The coin is from the year the wall fell, 1989.
On the coin an olive branch, a torch, and oak branch symbolizing respectively, peace, liberty and victory.
The oakleaf is also found on the 10 pfennig.
