Current Goal

This geocoin commemorates the North Carolina / Tennessee portion of the Appalachian
Trail. It should travel among caches that require a walk in the woods.

My original thought for this geocoin was for it to travel the AT. But, there are relatively few caches directly on the trail and through hikers are probably not in a good position to log caches. My favorite caches require a walk or hike in the woods. So, I would like this geocoin to be moved among geocaches that require a walk in the woods. The walk does not need to be long. But, a quick park and grab behind a tree is not in the spirit of the TB's mission. Please move it along as quickly as possible so as many cachers as possible may find this geocoin.

Pictures of special places where this coin has traveled would be appreciated in the log.

We grabbed this coin from an Appalachian Trail cache while camping in Sugar Grove, VA. Caches in the woods are our favorite, so we'll be sure to find another nice spot in the woods for this coin.
