While at the 1999 event, GarretJax22 asked me to place it in a location that would make it very difficult for a certain individual to find. GarretJax22 wants to challenge Welch to retrieve it before it moves along. He shouldn't have to drive very far.

Glad to finially get a chance to see this one. had hoped it would be placed closer, I guess if someone wants to drop something too far away from me, they need to go a little farther down the road. Wanted to see this one come back to town for those who never got to see it the first time. Way to go Moses!
