Details: Van Gogh is a Turkish Van, one of those swimming cats. He would love to hang in any caches near water with the ultimate goal of making it to an underwater cache.

CM Van Gogh TB

For sleek and easy travel, the TB is just a dog tag with Van Gogh’s mug on it. It was launched at MtP #5: Cat Mission (GC4H5ZG) in Mt. Pleasant “Village”, a neighborhood in NW Washington, DC. From the cache’s page:

“While in the morning you can find several villagers following their dogs with plastic bags, Mt. Pleasant is filled with cat people. Along with spoiling their own pets, the folks on this section of Irving St also rescue, shelter and feed stray and feral cats”.

It's difficult living in the Southwest and finding a cache near water that's not a micro, so Mr. AZPaleo stopped at Silver Lake rest area for a quick break and to place CM Van Gogh in a nice woodland cache near water. Thanks Moontiso for the acknowledgment!! Here's a couple pics of some TB buddies that were left with CM Van Gogh and he is actually hanging, per your description on the TB page write up. It was cold and snowy so Mr. didn't get a chance to get close enough to the lake for a picture. Safe watery travels!
