In 2009, an amazing man left this world and is now ridin' with the Big Biker in the sky. My father passed away due to complications brought on by Type 1 diabetes. He was a man I looked up to and who always fueled my adventurous spirit. He was a Harley-man, a storyteller, an almost professional baseball player, a soldier, a boilermaker, a ball-coach, a dad, an uncle, and husband, an aerial stunt man, a picker, a grinner, a lover, a sinner, a joker, a smoker, a. . .well, you get the gist. Just know he is well-loved.
To honor my father, who I miss every day and lament that my daughter with never know her inspirational grandfather, I wanted to give him a chance to keep moving, in spirit. What better place to start than at the Harley Museum on the fourth year anniversary of his Harley funeral procession. When you travel with this bug, you will be traveling in the best company.
