Little Chimp was born at the Geocaching booth at the 2012 Santa Clara County Council Scout-o-rama, an event for and by scouts.
As Boy Scouts is developing a new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) initiative, geocaching is a great intersection of technology and the outdoors. And the Boy Scouts have a new Geocaching merit badge to earn.
I hope Little Chimp is discovered by some cachers at Scout-o-rama. After the event, he'll begin his travels.
