Found at the Gorge in Victoria, BC. Now have Keeper on a two week trip to North Okanagan and West Kootenays. No pictures yet but some in and around Castlegar tomorrow before leaving Keeper to meet new travel friends.

We found Keeper the Bear at Lake Cowichan, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Best thing is we were only visiting, so he can travel back to Northeast BC with us and visit some wilderness up there.

August 20, 2012 I retrieved Keeper the Bear from Beach Walk 1 and he came home with me to the Rockies (well, to Lethbridge, Alberta – near the mountains) but first he posed for this picture.

He then went into an extended period of hibernation (in my sock drawer) but is very happy to be back on the Island again. I dropped him off today at Mackenzie Bight By land or Water.
