NL: Bob is een Bewust Onbeschonken Bestuurder. Hij is de tegenhanger van Bert (Bezopen En Rijdt Toch). Vrijwel iedere Nederlander vindt dat alcohol en verkeer niet samengaan. Daarom spreken we met z'n allen af wie de Bob is, voordat we met de auto ergens heen gaan waar alcohol geschonken wordt. Of het nou een feestje, café, restaurant of sportkantine is, een Bob-afspraak kan altijd en overal. Een Bob drinkt helemaal geen alcohol. Want als je eenmaal begint, wordt het steeds lastiger om 'nee' te zeggen. Dat komt niet alleen door de gezellige sfeer op dat moment, maar ook door het ontremmende effect dat alcohol heeft. Uit onderzoek blijkt dat één drankje genoeg is om je trek te geven in het volgende. En dat gebeurt razendsnel, omdat alcohol al in ongeveer 10 minuten je hersenen bereikt.

BOB, we love your mission, come with us to Germany!
Funny, shortly after we met a German couple resting on a bench at a scenic view on Reindersmeer, drinking a big glass of non-alcoholic beer. And they seemed to have much of fun even without alcohol!
