This is the Maker Madness Geocaching Mountain Stick given to the Creative Awards Winner during the GC4ZCEK Maker Madness - A spasso per Trastevere - event on 29 March 2014: And the winner was: "RICCARDO!!!!!"
The stick was hand made by debgia, won by ricixxx, and both have kindly given the rights to use it (including ownership) to Hautron.
The stick has been broken twice and became too short to use as a walking stick. A major repair and restauration was done April 2016 and the stick can now also be disassembled into two shorter pieces for transport inside shipped airplane luggage.
The stick broke again (after another almost 6 years of heavy usage), this time not repairable, so we have replaced it (2022-01-29) with a customized standard telescopic collapsible walking stick shown below.
