Piece of alien wreckage?

A cacher friend of mine, who name I won't mention to protect him from the forces of the military entertainment industrial complex, was at Area 51 recently "on business", and found this lying on the ground right near one of the border fences.  He thought I would be interested in it.

To me it is obviously some type of alien artifact that probably came from the Roswell UFO.  When I first saw the artifact, I was surprised that the text was written in English, but it is obvious alien since it mentions Weblink, and we didn't know about the World Wide Web until the 1960's.  In fact the Internet may have been given to us by aliens.  Anyways, once I realized what I had, I knew I had to get rid of it soon, in case the aliens wanted it back and abduct me and do all sorts of tests on me.  So, if you find this TB, I would suggest to move it along towards Area 51 as fast as you can, and I pity the person that would muggle this travel bug and keep it.
