We recently picked up the "Al Dente" TB, which encouraged finders to take pictures of it with food. When we posted the requested pictures in our logs for that bug, it gave us this brilliant idea:
Lots of diet books encourage you to write down everything that you eat, with the idea that seeing it all in print might help you to cut down. This Amazing Miracle Weight-Loss Diet TB takes that idea one step further, and encourages you to take a picture of it with every single thing that you eat, and post it here for the whole world to see.

I have been telling myself since the beginning of the year that it is time to get my weight under control so this was the encouragement that I needed. I have thyroid problems and blimped out, but am on the medication now. I am Queen of excuses as to why I can't diet and exercise. My latest excuse is "I exercise, I go geocaching every opertunity I get..." All that hiking through the woods is exercise... isn't it? I got this one at the top of Beech Mountain in North Carolina, while on vacation, beautiful view. (No I didn't hike the mountain actually drove the winding roads, think I scared a few pounds off my son) I told my daughter in law this is just what I need to stick to my diet. Then on the way down the mountain got a phone call... my 30 year old son was walking and got hit by a car and was in surgery. Vacation over and home I go. Spent a week at the hospital with son and needless to say diet, exercise and geocaching were the last things on my mind. They wern't able to save my sons foot and he ended up with an amputation just below the knee. Hes out of the hospital at home and doing well so back to normal life for me. Will get back on the diet band wagon, get pictures of diet food and exercising my goal with this travel bug is to loswe 5 pounds and then move along. (I need to lose 50 but the bug needs to get moving on to help others will keep a diary and post it with pictures that hopefully will encourtage others to do the same thanks for a wonderful idea. Diary, Diet and exercise start tommorrow...
