I contacted you a few months ago because the ball fell off the end of the chain. I have your mailing address and will mail the tags back to you within the next few days.

I can only apologise for the delay. I've had some medical problems and forgot to mail it.

Bad news. I had TB's on a carabiner clip while geocaching the other day. And, somehow, I lost the ball off the end of it's chain. I'm pretty sure I know about where it fell. (within a 10ft proximity) and I'll return soon to try to find it. (It fell while we were climbing through a bunch of stinging nettle with my 2 year old nephew and with him in tow, we couldn't give it the best looksie).

I'm so sorry, and I'll do my best to get it found. As this one was engraved, there's little I can do to replace it. But I will give it my all when it comes to locating where it fell.
