Having sampled the rather scorching temperatures of Phoenix, these Arizona keychains are ready to sample some cooler temperatures up north!

About This Item

Please enter the temperature of the cache location here in the logs and let's see how cool they can get. As you can see by the photo, it was 115 degrees when the photo was taken south of Camelback Mountain...they'd like to come home eventually after travelling around the northern U.S. and/or Canada and cooling off! Also attached are keyrings for other famous Arizona sites which have caches: "Standin' on the Corner..." and Meteor Crater. Both are fun and right off of I-40. And for good measure, a clip-on keyring thingy that glows red when squeezed is affixed, just in case you get caught out cache-hunting at night :)

Found this one in Go Tahoe. The temperature was a pleasant 70 deg F, but that was inside the visitor's center. It was about 23 deg F outside, and it has been below 0 deg F here at night. Will move to So. Calif. now--not too hot there this time of year. This bug has gone a long ways! Since we found it there, we have added a Lake Tahoe key ring to the bug.

The current temperature in Honolulu is 75 degrees fahrenheit. I'm taking this bad boy back to Cali for some fun! It will be alot cooler, since it's winter.

We picked this cache up from the Confessional Cache, thought maybe it had been in the cold tempurature of Canada for enough winters and would enjoy a warm winter in Maui. Who knows maybe it will make it's way back to Canada eventually.

My dropoff log didn't seem to take. Anyways, at the time of dropoff the temperature was -4 degC. I was unable to find a replacement thermometer that was small enough, strong enough, and low enough (-40deg) to attach to it. Perhaps the next cacher can?
