To travel far and wide, throughout the world, in order to allow as many people (young and old) to see this little book.
As the children at Gomer are between the ages of 4 and 7 they would love to see pictures of Gomer TB in the places it visits.

Book about Gomer ready to be launched

The book tells you a little bit about the school where Barbara has taught for 23 years.
Even though Barbara has now taken Early Retirement she still keeps in contact with the school by doing voluntary work there.

We were really excited to find Gomer TB in our cache today. We took it back to our classroom and read through the book. We compared Gomer Infants School with ours. Compton All Saints is a small village school on the outskirts of Winchester. We have around 115 pupils, ranging from 4 - 11 years, and we have just four classes. We are in class 2 and we have 27 children. Three years ago we only had two brick classrooms, a hall and two temporary ones, but now after a lot of work we have a lovely new addition to our school. Now we have four classrooms and lovely big hall, an ICT suit, library and special needs room. We placed our new travel bug in Compton Cache in the hope that the children at the school have a chance to see it and wish it well on its journey - hopefully before being taken to other schools in this country and worldwide.
