Current Goal

The goal of this coin/proxy is to just travel around.  So whatever your pleasure is, cache to cache, event to event, drop it in a new cache, hand it off to another cacher, take it to a new country, whatever you desire..  Just as long as it keeps moving!

We all run into it from time to time, real life does get in the way of caching (unbelieveable huh?)..  If you find yourself in this situation it would be great if you can spend 10 mins to just drop the proxy off in a cache so it can continue on rather then have no activity.  Thanks!

About This Item

Front

Proxy Information:

As noted in the Goal, the item you find in a cache is a proxy coin.  These proxy coins share the same tracking code as the original coin and are the item that travels around from cache to cache.  It will be possible for Discoveries to be made else where if I have the coins with me (most likely just Mega Events, and a few local ones).

The proxy coin itself can vary on many aspects, color, front design and rear design (where the code is) however the size, shape and weight should all be the same.  Below is a general representation of what the proxy MIGHT look like:

About Me:

I currently live in the Lehigh Valley (Easton, Allentown, Bethlehem area) of Pennsylvania (US), and enjoy Camping and Caching..  Combining them both is heaven for me!  I have had to overcome some, personal feelings to get to where I am today, as a child I always had a hearing problem and that resulted in me growing to be a bit of a loaner..  caching really changed that, one of my now great friends ST.FU sent me an email one day asking if I wanted to go caching with a few others in a park.. I was a little hesitante but I'm so glad I did..  after two years of caching mainly with just my brother or by myself there was a whole new world..  caching with others!  Most importantly they didn't notice my hearing issues!!!  This was a huge moral boost to me, and over the next few years I have gone out more and more and the great things that have happened I wouldn't trade for anything else in the world.

At some point I discovered trackables, specifically GeoCoins..  It started off small but then I got hooked and the coins kept coming and coming.  Today the collection is growing greatly, some have been released as coins, most have been released as Proxies..  I greatly enjoy watching these items (TB or Coin/Proxy) travel around, everytime I get a new email about a drop or picked up I almost instantly load up the bug/coins page to see if any interesting notes or pictures have been loaded.  Some of the stories I have read are amazing, and I look forward to many more!

Want to post a special thank you to everyone who picks up one of my coins, proxies, or travel bug.

And and even more special thank you to the cachers in my area who make this game what it is for me.  In no particular order and certainly not limited to: My Family, Piger, ST.FU, Madhauler, Coilwolf, Wizard1626, Catching Caches, Bus Cachers, CaptainMath, Gilwell1, The Jump, Nishollow, Travelnbehappy21, Linda.Cache, 0;)Angel, Frozen Buns, Fox-and-the-Hound, silverkat1, xiz7, xobx and so many others! (ever have that feeling you are forgetting someone?..  I'm sure I did and I'm sorry if I did!)
