Please take me to visit caches near other bison herds.
In 2015, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service introduced a small herd of genetically pure North American bison to the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie in Wilmington, IL, to promote the restoration of the native grasslands. On May 7, 2016, the Midewin held its "Bison Expedition," inviting those traveling Route 66 during Illinois' Red Carpet Corridor festival to visit the prairie and see the great beasts up close. This tag honors the North American bison. The keyring is crafted by Bison Designs.
