Confucius says: "The way is the goal" and thus shall my TB pass many Buddhist places. The goal of my first TB is the Confucius Temple in Beijing. As soon as my TB has a photo with the Temple of Confucius, he should travel direct and quick back to me. Each photo with Buddhist background with my TB is warm welcome.

Blue Konfuzius is a Technology Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

Sobald mein TB ein Foto mit dem Konfuziustempel hat soll er auf dem schnellsten Wege zurück zu mir reisen. Jedes Foto mit buddhistischer Bedeutung mit meinem TB ist herzlich willkommen.

The Temple of Confucius (Chinese 孔庙Kǒng Miao) in Beijing was built in 1306 and is the second largest temple for the worship of Confucius by Confucius Temple in Qufu, the hometown of the philosopher in Shandong Province.

It is located in the northeast of the old city of Beijing, close to the former city gate Andingmen and the Lama Temple. The plant has an area of ​​about 22,000 square meters. In the temple are kept many important steles with inscriptions.

The Beijing Confucius Temple (Beijing 北京孔庙Kongmiao) is on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 1988.

Der Konfuziustempel (chinesisch 孔庙Kǒng Miào) in Peking wurde im Jahr 1306 errichtet und ist der zweitgrößte Tempel zur Verehrung von Konfuzius nach dem Konfuziustempel in Qufu, der Heimatstadt des Philosophen in der Provinz Shandong.
 
Er befindet sich im Nordosten der Altstadt von Peking, in unmittelbarer Nähe des früheren Stadttores Andingmen und des Lamatempels. Die Anlage hat eine Fläche von rund 22.000 Quadratmetern. Im Tempel werden viele wichtige Stelen mit Inschriften aufbewahrt.
 
Der Pekinger Konfuziustempel (北京孔庙Beijing Kongmiao) steht seit  1988 auf der Liste der Denkmäler der Volksrepublik China.
