Current Goal

Abominable Bug would like to stay North,
travel to Northwestern Canada, maybe
catch up with his cousin, Sasquatch.
Alaska would be great! Despite his name,
ABTB’s pretty easy going; anywhere
he goes will be AOK with him as long
as he’s moving.

About This Item

Abominable Bug hides in geo caches. He prefers caches in less-inhabited wooded areas over caches in more civilized areas. He would like to stay north and keep moving but anywhere he goes will be fine. This is our only Travel Bug.

    Picked this up from Sunset's Solace while geo-caching with the neighbors....Jillian,Lydia,Kevin,Laura,Mike,Helene,Connor and Samanatha. We had a great day and a little bonus finding this travel bug, the kids can't wait to place it in another cache box.

    bad luck for this poor snowman Sully Abominable Bug, it has been the hottest summer on record in Syracuse. We thought long and hard about where to take him, and decided on the ice rink in Baldwinsville. This new Dead Zamboni cache even gave him the chance to play on a zamboni for fun. We all had a lot of fun with him, hope he moves on soon to a colder place :)

    Though we would truly love to transport this friendly little guy to Alaska, it's not on our itinerary at present. Instead, we'll have to settle for being good hosts to him during his stay with us and then moving him along soon to a location suited best to his interests. We talked it over with him and he seems to agree that we have a good plan. He was especially pleased to share a Twin Trees pizza with us as we chatted.
