About This Item

Allured to Alaska

Mr. Geo Raider lived in Alaska for about 8 years. He spent plenty of time fishing and drinking at the Alaskan Brewing Company while he was up there. Mr. Raider now lives in Washington with his family but still has fond memories of growing up and exploring the Alaskan wilderness. This Alaskan Brewing Company lure was picked up at the annual Father's Day Weekend Brewfest (held at St. Edwards Park, Juanita, WA). We are releasing it two years later on Father's Day weekend to remember all our father's, drink up, go caching and to maybe catch a fish too!

We found this one on top of Peter's Hill in Ashfield on a gorgeous, late November day. Unfortunately, there aren't many "watering holes" in Ashfield, so we'll move it further down the valley.

Picked this up at Scouter Remembered and HAD to take it with me! I traveled to Anchorage by motorcycle in 2002 and "spent some time" with Alaskan Amber!! I came home with an Alaskan Brewing Co. ballcap but left it in a bar somewhere (of course) and never found it. ;-(
