Die Form des Coins gleicht einem Dreieck, das aber nur zur Stabilisierung der drei Hasen dient, die im Dreieck angeordnet ihre Ohren teilen. Es gibt den sehr schönen Spruch: "Der Hasen und der Löffel drei, doch trotzdem hat jeder Hase zwei" was darauf hinweist, dass es zwar nur drei Ohren insgesamt gibt, die Hasen jedoch vollständig zu sein scheinen.
The form of the coin seems to be a triangle, but this is just used as a stabilization for the three rabbits sharring there ears. In germany (or better in Paderborn) we have a very nice sentence for this symbol: "Three rabbits and as many ears you can see, but however every is complete". (The translation doesn't fit exactly, because in German it rhymes. The sentence describes that you indeed can see three complete rabbits, but they share their ears so that only three are portrayed.
