Current Goal

After finishing space ranger training (in Iowa) and beginning his first quest, Buzz finally reached the Atlantic Ocean on 6/12/2007 with the help of pilotkip and many others. His new quest is to visit the Pacific Ocean while visiting any possible locations that he would enjoy along the way.
As always, please take a picture of his travels if you can.

  • Goin' to Florida! Buzz gets comfortable for the flight from Dayton, Ohio to Orlando, Florida. Please make sure seatbelts are fastened and seat backs are in their fully upright position.
  • T-minus 3 hours Buzz waits with great anticipation for the launch of Space Shuttle Atlantis, carrying a new truss segment and solar array to the International Space Station.
  • Buzz goofs off. To pass the time waiting for the shuttle launch, Buzz pretends to take the external fuel tank and solid rocket boosters for a ride.
  • Lift off! Lift off of the spaceship Atlantis on it's way to the International Space Station!
  • Satisfaction! Buzz was quite impressed with the shuttle launch! It was well worth the trip!
  • Buzz, at home at Mission Space! Overall, Buzz enjoyed Disney World very much, but nothing could compare with how "Mission Space!" made him feel.
  • The Atlantic Ocean! Finally, after a long and interesting journey, Buzz reaches the first ocean of his quest, the Atlantic! How brave the souls who first set out to conquer this endless expanse of water! How similar it must be to the feeling Buzz gets on a long journey in space! 

Buzz has now settled into his new home, awaiting the next leg of his incredible journey to begin.
