We made a trip across the line into Alabama to retrieve Pumbaa. My twin brother picked him up in MO and dropped him off in AR a while back. Then, a few weeks later, my parents (from FL) were visiting my brother and found Pumbaa in a different cache in AR and then later dropped him back in MO.

He's been around the block a time or two before landing in the Bayfront Blues cache in Daphne, AL. Nevertheless, we've got him and are going to drop him off in a FL cache.

Thanks for the bug, and congratulations on the miles he's picked up!

R4C1 has placed Pumbaa the Warthog (437980) in The Jar in the Rock in The Box (GCJ6QP) by proxy. My sister introduced me to the game and agreed to act as courier to get Pumbaa out of Texas. This event requires a new term; bug-warping. Bug-warping is sometimes required to rescue a TB trapped in an infinite loop between local caches. On his way to New Mexico, Pumbaa discovered that the only interest that aliens have in earth is that it is the only place in the universe to get ham-hocks. He decided to hide at a rock formation called The Box. He is now a technical climber.

I picked him up from Deck the Cache. I taught him how to surf and this really seemed to cheer him up. Although he is still searching for Timon the Meerkat (who is curently in Avon, Ohio); he has developed an interest in aliens. So, Pumbaa The Warthog is on the road to the Very Large Array (VLA) in Magdelena, New Mexico.
