Hotspur (aka Delta Chippy) was part of an elite ferret organization known as the FLO. She was involved in one (that we know of) secret mission. This is her coin. Don't take it prisoner. The FLO will find you.

About This Item

This coin's mission is secret. All we could get the FLO to tell us is that the coin needs to be moved to caches that are ferret-accessible. That would rule out California and Hawaii, other than that, I think anywhere goes.
