Welcome to Cornwall Ontario. Lots of hockey played here so I don't know where to start and the word "hockey" is a bit vague, there are so many variations.
I would like to mention that Cornwall, years ago when I played, had a great UNDERWATER hockey team and for about a decade we used to clean up at the provincials and were right up there in the top 1-3 at the nationals. There were even few local players that went international to compete against teams from other countries.
On my way home I got a picture in front of the Farrow hockey stick factory in Martintown. A popular stick around here and with the troops in Afganistan as sticks where sent there recently for the soldiers.
I live across the road from a local team owner but that info might be a tad to mundane. Maybe a photo of the local arena.
