Current Goal

This is my first travel bug and, in the spirit of Memorial Day, I hope this bug travels around the county visiting places of honor dedicated to US soldiers. In the fall of 2007, this travel bug will be tracked by my middle school technology class as they discover the wonderful world of geocaching and US history. Please help me move this travel bug from memorial to monument across the United States and even around the world. It would be terrific if you could photograph this bug in its various locations and upload these when you register that you have the bug. Please return the travel bug to GCKYTA by Memorial Day, 2010. Thanks for helping us.

About This Item

This travel bug is attached to a U.S.S. Missouri, Pearl Harbor key chain that I got while visiting the memorial last year.

Placed the TB today with the family. I'm attaching a photo of the TB at a post office dedicated to a good friend of mine who was killed in Iraq. We then left it at a cache close to the post office.
