Billy North is in a race with his Scottish cousin, Leapy Linney, to go round the world returning to N.Ireland, preferably Belfast.
LL is on a similar mission to return to Scotland.
Billy North can only travel EASTWARDS.
Any attempt to travel in a westerly direction will disqualify him!
Billy North is a keen engineer and is very fond of ships and liners. He would like to visit the great ports of the world where he could watch the ships sail by and tell tall tales and sing sea shanties
But remember, he can only go EAST
Billy has sportingly given Leapy a head start (on account of him being 2½ years older)
