This coin is taking part in the National Trails Geocaching Weekend on 13th and 14th July 2013. It's mission during the weekend is to visit as many geocaches along the 93 miles of the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path National Trail as possible. If it visits any geocaches on other National Trails, that would also be good.
This is a National Trail Geocoin. There are 15 National Trails in England and Wales, all of which provide outstanding opportunities to enjoy some of the very best landscapes in our country.
They are perfect trails for walking, and on some trails cycling and horseriding.
You can enjoy travelling the full length of any of our National Trails, or even just spend a couple of hours. Whichever, we expect you will have a brilliant time!

This coin started out on the Norfolk Coast Path National Trail. This trail starts at Hunstanton and follows the coast running through the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and many sites of world wide significant interest for their exceptional flora and fauna. The 46 miles of the Norfolk Coast Path is the best and most sustainable method of experiencing the North Norfolk coastline.
