This Geocoin is a special one. My sweet, younger brother passed away unexpectedly at the age of 24 on August 20, 2015. This Geocoin's starting point is in a cache that I dedicated to my brother, Bobby.
He loved music and his favorite song was Old Man by Neil Young. We both share a love of geocaching. In fact, Bobby had poison ivy all over his hands/arms/legs when he passed away because the previous week he dove into a poision ivy-infested area in order to find a geocache that we were having trouble locating.
While I don't have a specific destination set in mind for this Geocoin, I would be entirely thrilled if it made it across the country or even overseas. My brother's son, Jayse, is 4 years old and also loves geocaching...and I would love to be able to show him his daddy's Geocoin travels when he's a little older. Happy and safe travels to you all!
