My mission is to travel around the UK (please don't take me abroad as I don't have a passport) but I would especially like to visit hills and mountains. I would particularly like to visit Snowdon, Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Cadair Idris as individual hills/mountains plus the Malvern Hills and the Mendip Hills. Don't stop at these though, if it's a hill I want to climb it with you.
I am named Duncan after engine No 6 on the Talyllyn Railway in Mid Wales. This is a fantastic railway - see the website www.talyllyn.co.uk for more details. Duncan is the character from the Thomas The Tank Engine books, and can often be seen steaming along the rails, as the Rev Awdry based some of his characters on the Talyllyn trains. Please look after me as I belong to a child who has had lots of her first TBs muggled after only a few miles. I would love you to log all my visits and upload photos of my travels so she can see what I am up to whilst she is stuck at school. Thanks very much - lets have fun travelling together!
