I wanted to fix Firefighter Jim since he was in two pieces. I tried gluing him together with several different types of glues and epoxies. That didn't work. I thought perhaps he was metal and that I could solder his head back on his body. That didn't work either. The solder wouldn't stick. I wanted to try to think of anything else I could do to fix him. Then I lost his body. I was thinking it would turn up eventually somewhere. Then later I lost his head as well. I'm not sure where the pieces went to and so finally I assembled a small team of plastic firefighters to travel in place of the fallen Firefighter Jim. Sorry for the long delay.
