This is the first trackable that I have come across, and was actually found in one of my own caches during a maintenance check. My cache is located near our local community hall in Wamboin (just outside Canberra, ACT). The TB has been taking in the ambiance of the Aussie bush, taking in the sights and sounds of the local kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, cockatoos, lizards, and stick insects, and sniffing the eucalyptus and bark from within a hollow of the gum tree it was placed into.
It is almost Xmas, and quite hot here in Oz, quite different from the TB's origin (which must be quite chilly now in Canada).
I couldn't resist the opportunity to hold a TB temporarily, and to move the Bug on further.
Very soon I will be travelling further into rural NSW (to Cootamundra, Australia), and I know of a nice cache next to the main rail line between Sydney and Melbourne to place the cache.
Some rail travellers passing through Coota railway station could take it further into remote NSW, or north or south.
