Max

The Old Lady's father was full blooded Canadian French, born and raised in Quebec Province in Canada. (I'm not certain of the town at this moment.) He died when she was very young and she barely knew him. For that reason, she would like for this travel bug to enter Quebec Province and travel around there locally for a little while. If in its travels as many geocachers as possible would take pictures of it with notable caches and places of interest nearby, that would be incredible!

I bought this travel bug to honor my "Old Lady", as I call her in some logs and blog entries, who, though not a muggle, will not geocache with me. It's just not exciting to her. She is supportive though. Our oldest child, my step daughter, does occasionally geocache with me. Our youngest child (of two children) is not old enough to go geocaching with me yet, but will certainly in the future. Maybe we'll get her interested? :-)

She liked the idea of having her own travel bug though, and since I ordered a dog, she wanted it to be named Max. (I won't let her name our future dog Max.)
