Found in a cool cache in Kent, WA during a cache machine. Had to grab it as it was one of the freakiest TB's I've come across. I would never have guessed it was Austin Powers. His glasses are MIA, he's contorted in a bizarre position and he looks like he's screaming. Plus it looks like someone glued chest hair on him, but maybe that's how he came. Bizarre.
Anyway, I'll send him on his way. Can't get him to DC or Britain but I'll find someplace groovy for him.
