Billy Cranston, AKA the Blue Ranger, the second longest running member of the MMPR crew is clearly the brains behind the operation. He excels in science and math and is always looking for the logical solution to the Ranger’s predicaments. He was smart enough to know when he had a good thing when he made the decisions to morph to both a Ninja Ranger and a Zeo Ranger.
