I had been tipped off that something special was going to be dropped off today so I put a watch on this one. I was stuck in traffic in Shelby county and not moving at all. So I did what every good cacher would do. I emailed work and texted my boss to say I was going to be late. Told the guys that I had to go and pick something up downtown. All was going well and traffic finally was moving when I passed one of the owners on the interstate. I lost him in traffic but some how he caught up with me at what should have been my exit. He slowed down to let me cut in front of him but I just smiled and waved and kept trucking down the highway. After exiting the traffic got really bad and I started second guessing my decision to blow off work. I looked at my GPS and I was only 2 miles from GZ, Wahoo!
Once arriving at GZ tied my new hiking boots and went in search of the Letterbox and cache. All the time hoping I could make the grab without being seen by the CO. I quickly signed the letterbox and promptly pulled everything out of it looking for "Smarky's Adventure" TB. Humm not there. I packed everything back in the host and started looking again. Finally I spotted the prize and had to read the hint before getting my now dirty hands on the container. Thanks for the cool cache and even cooler TB. I have never had a TB named after me. I sure hope once I set it free again it travels to all the places I wish I could go.
Thanks Benji.
Oh I grabbed something for my backpack and left a USB car charger. Thanks again Smarky
