Party Animals just want to have fun. Hampton wants to celebrate good times. He wants to go to meet and greets, picnics, flash mobs, block parties and other events both intimate and MEGA. Take him with you and show him off. Take his picture with local celebraties or your caching buddies. Then move him on 'cause the more he moves the better he feels. Cache on dudes! 
We met a Ground Speak Lackey at the Hampton Roads Mega Picnic 2013 and she gave us this Block Party Tag. The picnic was great and the the whole week-end was one big party, We successfully completed the 31 days of Geocaching challenge and claimed our 1400th find. Named the TB for the picnic and now he hopes to party on from cache to cache. Take good care of him and don't let him drink too much.
