What's funny is I'm sitting in Beach City TX cleaning my desk off. Lord knows it needs it. And found 2 TBs under the mess. One is this one that shows its in Atlanta GA. I don't know when I got it. GYPC placed it in Quilt of Nations on 2/8/2020, ChongYeuVoYeuChong says it wasn't there on 4/5/2020. 3 experienced cachers logged the cache between those two and none mentioned a TB.
The only place and caches I've logged since then have been here and in North Texas. I checked all 3 of those cacher's found logs and none match up with mine. Oh well. I got it and will send it on it's way soon
