Current Goal

After 11,000 miles - from the Beaches at Normandy, France in October,2003 to my return home in Stone Mountain, Georgia in June, 2005 - I'm ready to hit the road again and meet more nice GeoCachers around the World.

PLUM-NELLIE on Garner Bridge in Georgia

The only problem I had on my first adventure was understanding what people were saying. I don't speak French, German, Italian, Spanish or even English. I speak only Georgian. Down here instead of asking "How is your Mother and her family?" - we say "How's Mama'n dem". Instead of "I'm about to bring this package to you" - we say "I'm fix'in to tote this stuff to Y'all". You get the idea. So - I'm bringing my translator MS. LOUANNE with me on this trip. She's a cute AFLAC DUCK that everybody understands. A Quack in Georgia is a Quack anywhere in the World. If MS. LOUANNE and I get separated, she'll be o.k., but I'll have to trust Y'all ta'hep (You All to Help).
