Current Goal

Gloomy Eeyore is tired of gloomy places like the Pacific Northwest. He's beginning to grow moss under his hooves and longs to bask in some sunshine: perhaps the dry deserts of the Southwest or even the sunny beaches of California. Please help him find a less gloomy locale!

About This Item

Gloomy Eeyore spent the first few years of his life going around and around in circles dangling on an infant's crib mobile.

Luckily the children have all grown out of their crib stage, and Eeyore was able to retire. However, he is still stuck in the Pacific Northwest and would really like to head somewhere warmer!

He would also enjoy being loved by a small child again -- if only until the next drop off.

    Unfortunately Gloomy Eeyore has gone missing. We visited Red Wing and he was not there. Sorry to report the bad news.

    Found Eeyore 5 months ago in Virginia, pu him in my suitcase to take him to places far and wide and well forgot I had him. Will send him on his way soon, now that he has bee re-discovered and no worse for wear.

    Left Gloomy Eeyore in the Windy Sunsetspecial cache near Kitty Hawk, NC. Someone picked him up the same day. It would be several days before I returned home to log him.

    I was replacing the log in the Cooper's rock Entrance cache today and took Gloomy Eeyore from the suffocating confinement. Not until I got home did I realize he had just been placed there earlier in the day. I will try to place him somewhere in the next couple of weeks.
