About This Item

14 years ago today, we had our second son. Sadly, due to complications during his birth, he passed away 13 days later. My wife is not much of a fan of geocaching, but she wanted to find a way to celebrate his short life on his birthday this year. I told her I could attach a bison with his ashes to a TB, and release him to the world via trustworthy geocachers.

Please do not attempt to open the container.

I picked this TB up from "Sock It To Me...." this morning. I noticed the bison was pressed shut and wondered what the story was behind the TB. I returned home, logged into TB Home, entered tracking # and was truly sadden to find out what precipitated this TB's travels. I'm am sorry for your loss but inspired by your courage to make this a tribute to your young son's short life. I will find a suitable cache to reverently continue his journey.
