TRIM

May Trim the trackable circumnavigate the globe as our little feline Trim did, all those years ago....... I thank all my fellow geocacher's who will assist in making this happen. Bon Voyage, little TRIM

This is my first Travelbug, and I am placing it in my first geocache hide. I started caching in February, 2019, and by the time the first 12 month anniversary rolls around, I would have logged my 1000th cache. It has been a glorious journey, which I am sure will continue for many more years to come. I have had the pleasure of meeting people, of which, a small few I class as very special friends. One in particular,  Reg (Ozreg) whose abundant generosity astounds me, and if it wasn't for his ingenuity this TB and cache would not have come to fruition. I am forever grateful to my caching partner extraordinaire. 

Now onto our little furry hero and namesake of this TB.........

I will quote from a little book written by the illustrious owner of Trim, Matthew Flinders, who loved his little black and white cat to no end....

To the memory of Trim, the best and most illustrious of his race. The most affectionate of friends, faithful of servants,  and best of creatures. He made the tour of the globe, and the voyage to Australia which he circumnavigated; and was ever the delight and pleasure of his fellow voyagers. Many a time I have beheld his little merriments with delight, and his superior intelligence with surprise.
