About This Item

Ancestral Quest (pt. 1)

This bug is a keychain featuring the travel bug dogtag (you'll need the imprinted number to log your find), and a Scottish clansman.

Our four Ancestral Quest bugs wish to visit the lands of our four-fathers (pun intended)! Team Chocolate Blobby has a mix of four paternal heritages comprised of the following: Scottish, Swedish, Basque, and Shoshoni (American Indian). Thus, this series of travel bugs will be happiest upon completing a roundtrip journey from Reno, Nevada, USA to the lands of these forefathers and back.

Well there has been a turn of events. Instead of taking him back to Dallas, instead I gave him to a co-worker who is heading back home to the UK. We went caching together for four caches, including "Dirty Laundry?", the first one. It is a virtual, so it's a safe drop here for me mate Ben to pick up once he gets onto GC in the UK and finds a cache to drop him in. He mentioned he may be called to a gig in Scotland soon. So yer goin' home ye are, laddie! Enjoy yer tour o' the 'omeland!
