"Pook wasn't like most Doths. He was clumsy, fat, & afraid of almost everything-especially the dark. Pook has a big broad head, a constant smile, & a silly, "Uff,Uff" bark, that sounded more like a puff, than a bark. In fact, it seemed as if Pook was afraid to bark out loud. The sight of the Doth grunting & bouncing, flapping his undersized wings, his four feet & tail spreading in all directions was surely a sight to see, & always made me smile, & laugh out loud."(A Treasure's Trove;M Stadther)
So be the SO REAL tale for my friend, Frances, & our trek to find this not so imaginary creature, SO REAL in our minds. Frances, too, always makes me smile, & Lord knows we searched with everything we had for this little flying Doth in our Treasure quest. I finally found him, Frances;Just 4 U! ...watch his journey from this day on, a prayer in every hand that touches him... & know that he will come back home to you, one day, bringing a renewed spirit & well being unlike any we have ever known, Fairy Tale, or otherwise.
(My five year old granddaughter donated her Pook, willingly, with a her own tiny prayer that you will get well REAL soon)

Found it in the North of Danmark last christmas. Took it home to Amsterdam. The Dog is keeping me company since then, but it is time for the dog to move on. So it will travel further soon.
