The abacus, also called a counting frame, is a calculating tool that was in use centuries before the adoption of the written modern numeral system and is still widely used by merchants, traders and clerks in Asia, Africa, and elsewhere. It can be quite useful when Geocaching too, so long as it doesn't reset when you bump it.
The mission for this trackable is to travel to as many different countries as possible and attempt to hit every cache difficulty, terrain, and type. Please take lots of creative pictures with this trackable and log your current cache count, for everyone's amazement. Thank you!
This is a bronze square with five bronze rods inside. On each rod is a group of five silver rings and two gold, separated by a bronze partition. On the side of the square are the words, "TRACKABLE AT GEOCACHING.COM" and the Tracking number is engraved on the adjacent side to the right. The dimensions of this trackable are: 2"x1.5"x.25"
