Anybody heading Rome?

This travel bug - like every real hitchhiker - carries a sign with its destination written on it. Please help him to get there! Whenever the hitchhiker is placed in a cache near the place written on the sign, you may erase the destination and write a new one on to the sign.

Let's see how this one gets around. The first destination is Rome.
