The coin was placed in one of the original caches placed in this area. Although it is very near a city, the cache area is scenic and relatively untouched. A significant hike is needed to reach the cache, and the city seems very, very far away. I'm sure the coin will be happy here until someone picks it up.

Found this pretty coin in "Old School - Marianne Style" (GC1C6XA) near Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada. A great surprise to find in a cache on which we were FTF! We, too, like clever, unusual and out-of-the-way caches. 🙂 Thanks for sharing.
