I found this robot getting a FTF on the cache "Kevin's Robot" (GC68T98). When I found him he was missing his left arm. Fortunately he was able to be activated but he will be stuck in self-repair mode until he finds his missing arm. He is programmed to send out a plastic proxy version of himself to travel the world in search of the lost arm and bring it back to him so that he will once again be fully functional.
