Caching today with my partner Phil and my collie Toby to do the Westbury Wander series which has been on my to do list for some time.
This was a small detour from the Westbury Wandering up a very muddy path once at GZ it took a few minutes to work out how to get the log, which I successfully did and log signed , we walked back the dry way through the cemetery.
I now find this is my 😎 😎 13100th cache 😎 😎

Caching today with my daughter Chem_Girl and my collie Toby, we needed a small series near Chippenham as we are visiting relatives later and this looked good fun.
Parked as recommended and after a quick visit to the store for lunch off we went
Soon spotted but I think we had one too many trying to open it, eventually Chem_girl managed to prise the lid off and log was signed
And this was just enough to make my 🙂🙂 12,900th cache🙂 🙂

After visiting Roque Nublo we made our way to the highest mountain in Gran Canaria and after all our clambering around today it was nice to be able to park and a short walk to the top.
We got chatting to a local couple about the forest fire. We had seen the devastation of the trees on our drive up, such a shame.
There was a great view, we and we could see across the valley to Roque Nublo where we had come from and all pine trees some burnt but quite a few green areas as well
A favourite point awarded I really love the mountain caches and this is currently my highest peak

On holiday in Gran Canaria with our family, This was our day for the mountain caches as we had hired a car for a couple of days.
We made our way up the mountain path with many other tourists, we didn’t realise how popular this would be, arriving at the top and clambering over the rocks to the foot of the monolith where you really get the feel of how enormous it is. The view was also incredible and the other monoliths around
Another amazing Earth cache a favourite point awarded I really loved this, one of the highlights of our trip
